Official Payment Information

Our bank details will never change via email, phone, or any other informal communication.

We may appoint third-party payment providers to process online payments. In such cases, an official invoice will still be issued by Aeonics SRL, and your bank statements may reference an account number belonging to the appointed provider.

If you receive an invoice with different payment details, notice suspicious payment instructions, or have any doubts, please verify directly with us before proceeding.

Terms of Use

By using Unicorn, you agree to the following terms:

Usage Rights

You may use Uniqorn according to your selected plan, within the stated limitations.
Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Uniqorn services without explicit permission is prohibited.
You remain responsible for any content, code, or API logic deployed using Uniqorn.

Service Availability

We strive for high uptime, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Features and pricing may change over time.
If a contractual SLA (Service Level Agreement) is in place, specific uptime guarantees and other clauses may apply as defined in that agreement.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Unicorn for:
- Any unlawful activities or causing harm.
- Overloading, abusing, or attacking the infrastructure.
- Hosting or facilitating malware, phishing, or any malicious intent.
- Activities violating third-party rights, including intellectual property violations.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of service without notice.

Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and documentation related to Uniqorn remain the property of Aeonics SRL or their rightful owners.
You retain ownership of any source code or data deployed on Uniqorn but grant us a limited license to access and process it for service functionality.

Liability Disclaimer

Unicorn is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from its use or its unavailability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeonics SRL against claims arising from your misuse of Uniqorn.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Liège, unless expressly waived by Aeonics SRL.
